Lavender oil is known for its calming and relaxing properties, and is often used to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep quality. It is also commonly used to treat skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis, as well as to soothe minor burns and insect bites. It's perfect for creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. Great for easing tension headaches and can be used in a diffuser or added to a bath.
- 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞: Lavandula angustifolia
- 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Light yellow
- 𝐀𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: floral, fresh, herbaceous and sometimes slightly fruity. It can be slightly camphorous.

Blending Suggestions:
- Musculoskeletal: for pain and inflammation, try blending with geranium, clary sage, basil CT linalool, cedarwood, clove bud, cinnamon leaf, rosemary, thyme CT linalool, sweet marjoram, juniper berry, frankincense, coriander seed, sweet fennel, nutmeg, ginger, lemongrass, palmarosa, cypress,, black pepper, eucalyptus
- Female reproductive: for dysmenorrhoea, blend lavender with clary sage, roman chamomile and marjoram
- Skin: Lavender is renowned for its ability to heal the skin (burns, ulcers, itching, rashes, irritations, infections, wounds, and other types of damage). For allergies blend with german chamomile, for fungal infection try blending with tea tree and sweet marjoram, for trauma, blend with helichrysum and chamomile
𝟓 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐓𝐨 𝐔𝐬𝐞:
1. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in diffuser.
2. In your car: Use in our car diffuser or simply apply a few drops to a tissue or cotton ball.
3. Topical Use: Dilute 2% with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
4. Room Mist: Add 18-20 drops per ounce of water in a spray bottle
5. Bath Soak: 10 drops of essential oil per 1-2 cups of Epsom salt
