Ingredients (makes about 100 ml):
- Distilled Water: 75 g
- Aloe Vera Gel : 10 g
- Peppermint Hydrosol: 10 g
- Glycerin: 2 g
- Menthol Crystals: 0.2 g
- Lavender Essential Oil: 0.2 g
- Solubilizer (Polysorbate 20): 1.6 g
- Preservative: 1 g
- Small amber spray bottle
Instrusction
- Mix distilled water, aloe vera gel, and peppermint hydrosol in a clean container.
- Dissolve menthol crystals glycerin. Add this mixture to your base.
- Combine lavender essential oil with Polysorbate 20, mixing thoroughly before adding to the water mixture.
- Stir in the preservative, blending gently yet thoroughly.
- Pour into your spray bottle, securely close, and shake gently before each use.
Customization Tips:
- Sensitive skin? Reduce essential oils
- More hydration? Add extra glycerin or vegetable-based moisturizers.
- Extra soothing? Include cucumber juice or rose water.
